By placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order.

All purchases made on this website are for in-person pickup at the location you select at checkout only. We do not offer shipping, courier delivery, or any form of remote delivery. Your order will not be mailed or dropped off at any address.

• Orders must be collected in person at your chosen pickup location, during the dates and hours announced on this website for that location.
• You will need a valid order confirmation and/or QR code to collect your order.
• Orders that are not collected within the applicable pickup window are considered forfeited, subject to our Refund Policy.

Payments are processed securely through Geidea, our third-party payment gateway. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully authorized. Upon confirmation, you will receive an order confirmation with the details needed for pickup at your chosen location.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or unavailable inventory, in which case any amount charged will be refunded.

• Provide accurate contact details so we can reach you about your order.
• Bring your order confirmation and/or QR code when collecting your order.
• Collect your order within the pickup dates and hours for your chosen location — we are not able to hold orders beyond that window.
• Check product details before purchase, as sealed items may be subject to limitations described in our Refund Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product availability and accurate descriptions, but we do not guarantee that every item will be available at the time of pickup. Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
